Terms and Conditions for ON AIR MARKET Overseas Purchase Service

Article 1 [Purpose]
These Terms and Conditions aim to establish the conditions and procedures for using the overseas purchase and delivery agency services (“Service”) provided by ON AIR MARKET (“Company”), as well as define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members. -
Article 2 [Definitions]
“Member” refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms and Conditions and uses the Service provided by the Company.
“Product” refers to overseas items that can be ordered or purchased through the ON AIR MARKET website.
“Overseas direct purchase” refers to the act of the Company purchasing or shipping products from overseas on behalf of the user and delivering them to Korea. -
Article 3 [Effect and Revision of Terms]
These Terms become effective upon being posted on the website.
The Company may revise these Terms within the scope permitted by relevant laws and will notify users on the website upon revision. -
Article 4 [Service Provided]
The Company provides the following services: -
Overseas product purchase agency

International shipping and customs clearance

Domestic delivery and after-service support

Article 5 [Member Obligations]
Members must comply with the following: -
Provide accurate recipient information such as name, address, contact number, and Personal Customs Code.
The Company bears no responsibility for delays, returns, or disposal caused by incorrect information provided by the member. -
Article 6 [Payment and Orders]
Members shall make payments using methods designated by ON AIR MARKET.
Once an order is placed, the purchase and delivery process begins.
Due to the nature of overseas direct purchases, no refunds are available for any reason, including change of mind, shipping delays, customs issues, or currency fluctuations.

Article 7 [Refund and Exchange Policy]
Refunds are not available for any order.
A refund or exchange due to product defects is only possible if all of the following conditions are met: -
A continuous, unedited video recording from package opening to product inspection

Clear evidence of defect captured in the video

Video must show it was taken immediately upon delivery
If these conditions are not met, refunds or exchanges are not permitted even in the case of defects. -
Article 8 [Shipping and Customs]
Products are shipped from overseas, and international delivery schedules may vary by region.
Customs clearance is based on the information entered by the member.
The member bears full responsibility for customs failure, penalties, non-delivery, or disposal due to incorrect information, prohibited items, or mismatched recipient data. -
Article 9 [Disclaimer]
The Company is not liable for the following: -
Damages caused by the user’s incorrect information (address, contact number, customs code)

Delays caused by customs, local logistics, or other external factors beyond Company control

Claims regarding defects, wrong items, or damages without video evidence

Financial loss due to currency fluctuations or additional fees

Article 10 [Others]
Matters not specified in these Terms follow relevant Korean laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location. -
Supplementary Provision
These Terms take effect from June 23, 2025.
